DESCRIPTION:Professor Harry Reicher , University of Pennsylvania Law School, will deliver a lecture discussing the Nazi philosophy of law and how it was used to pervert Germany’s legal system. The talk will further explore the role of international law in rectifying the damage by bringing perpetrators to justice and constructing a system of international human rights aimed at preventing a repetition.
