2012 NITA Tournament of Champions - Student Volunteers

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2012 NITA Tournament of Champions, hosted by IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Students and recent graduates are asked to volunteer as hosts for visiting teams, and as bailiffs and runners during the competitions. To see the competition agenda, please click here.

Volunteer Opportunities


Bailiffs/Runners for Competition Rounds
Students are needed to serve as Bailiffs (timekeepers) for each round of competition and to be available as runners to assist as needed with each session. If you are interested in volunteering as a bailiff, please indicate which times you are available below.

Student Hosts for Visiting Teams
Each team will be assigned a student host to guide them to the competition locations and assist them as needed. 2L and 3L students are preferred to serve as hosts.

Student hosts should plan to be available throughout the competition, starting Wednesday, October 24 at 5:00 p.m. through the banquet dinner on Saturday, October 27 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. If the team you are assigned to makes it to the final rounds of competition, you will also need to be available on Sunday, October 28.
