Dean Harold J. Krent accepts the Kraft W. Eidman Award in National Trial Competition on behalf of the law school from Mike Stout, President of the American College of Trial Lawyers. The award carries with it a $10,000 prize.   
Mike Stout, President of the American College of Trial Lawyers, visited Chicago-Kent to personally award the tropies to the 2008 National Champion and Trial Advocacy Teams. In 2008, Chicago-Kent advocacy teams accomplished what teams from no other school have ever done -- won the National Trial Competition and the National Moot Court Competition in the same year.
