New York City area alumni are invited for a private tour of the exhibit, Bauhaus 1919-1933: Workshops in Modernit y, at the Museum of Modern Art. This retrospective brings together material from Weimar, Dessau, and Berlin and discusses the Bauhaus school’s influence on modern architecture, photography, graphic design, and painting. The event will culminate with a lunch at the French bistro, Maison, 1700 Broadway, at 53rd St. and 7th Avenue.

Cost: $50 per person includes private tour, admission and lunch. Registration opens Tuesday, November 3 at http://alumni.iit.edu . Space is limited.
